1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing the website at digiwizy.in, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, all applicable laws and regulations.

2. Payment Structure & Refunds

DigiWizy operates on a fixed-fee model. For all web development projects, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required prior to the commencement of any design or development work. The remaining 50% balance must be settled upon project completion and your formal approval, but strictly before domain migration or source code handover.

Because of the custom nature of our engineering and design work, deposits are non-refundable once work has commenced.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

Upon final payment of the remaining 50% balance, all intellectual property rights for the custom code, design, and assets created specifically for your project transfer entirely to you. DigiWizy retains the right to display the completed project in our portfolio unless a specific NDA is signed.

4. Project Scope & Revisions

Our packages include a set number of revision cycles (2-3 depending on the tier). Revisions are defined as minor adjustments to the agreed-upon design. Structural changes or feature additions requested after the discovery phase approval will be treated as out-of-scope and billed separately.

5. Hosting & Maintenance

If your package includes 1-year hosting, it is provided via our partner infrastructure (e.g., Netlify). After the first year, you may choose to migrate or continue via a separate maintenance agreement. DigiWizy is not liable for server downtimes beyond our direct control.

6. Privacy Policy

We respect your privacy. Any information submitted via our contact forms is used solely to respond to your inquiry. We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third-party marketing firms.
